13. Subprocessors and Third-Party AI Providers

We may engage subprocessors, including AI vendors (e.g., Retell AI, Synthflow, Botpress), to support specific features. These providers process data under contractual safeguards, but we are not responsible for their independent practices.

14. Tax and Compliance Services

If you use our tax calculation features, you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state (including Oklahoma), and local tax obligations.

15. Do-Not-Contact (DNC)

We honor federal and state Do-Not-Call and Do-Not-Contact regulations.
